Tim, the point he was making is that there are viable alternatives to drilling in the ANWAR. Threre are always alternatives. But in this case if you follow one (decrease gasoline useage per mile for cars) it doesn't mean the benefits from the other go away. A better word might be options. There are other options available, but they are not in some way opposed to each other. You can go for 1 or the other or both or neither. and that I think he would make a good leader on the national level. I don't know a lot about him but I guess I would disagree with him ideologically in several areas, also I am slightly biased against Kennedys... Tim
