I'll wait for the tide to turn. Can't see myself going long on overpriced market.
Talked to a stockbroker today and he's pounding the table to buy. Wonder if he's hungry and looking for commission.

It depends upon how one wants to look at the situation. A broker (investor) can say, look Nasdaq is only at 2000 and we are on an upturn. It looks cheap to those that got out at 2500 or higher...a psychological factor.

Along with that advice is probably suggestions to get out of money market and bonds. It may also be investors' own reasoning that starts to get them into the market. The feeling that a new bull market has started (with Naz2k and Dow10 all happening at the same time and improving prospects for earnings and the economy).
That is the sort of thing that leads to momentum markets---at least in the near term...to end of December, imho.

Have to say, today's action was extremely bullish for the near term.
