Looks like the quickest way for corporate execs to get rich these days is to run their company into the ground...first the (absolutely larcenous) agreement to pay off the ENE execs, now Polaroid bandits get into the act:

BOSTON (Reuters) - Polaroid Corp. (PRDCQ.OB), which slashed jobs and retiree benefits before filing for bankruptcy protection in October, wants to reward top executives with up to $19 million in bonuses and incentives as it dismantles the instant camera and film maker to pay off creditors.
