It's been tough last few weeks for most shorts no doubts. I think the tide is slowly turning. Just can't see this V-shape economy coming for US in 2002.

Larry, you must put these 'forrays" in the right perspectives, 4 out of five times, they turn out even or slight gains (2 losses compensated for 3 gains all relatively small), it is the fifth time, when you ride a real wave that yield the desired. result. Today's foray was very atypical, it was triggered by a fall under 2040 (with 2025 in mind as a get out point) and the hope of a launch above 2050 to test or maybe even make a new highs, when the fight in the 205/3 area got long winded, i got out, no damage done, and two relatively good sized profits under the belt and three smaller one. If the market would have continued beyond the 2050 with gusto, I would have stayed longer, but with the closk ticking past 3:30, the risk of overstaying became too large and everything went (some like JNPR actually a little before still missed the run above $27 due to some arguments with threadsters here (g).)
