I originally read your post as a comparison of Christian Coalition members (a private organization) and Democratic politicians (our lawmakers), which I viewed as an apples to oranges comparison. To the point above, there is a distinction between Christian Coalitions members and conservatives in general. I would say that the vast majority of CC members are conservative, but a minority of conservatives are CC members. But I am nitpicking. Thanks for the clarification.
