Hodgkins can deny threatening a lawsuit if he wants. I have theatened a variety of lawsuits over the years. Its my job, in case you hadn't noticed. Right now, I think I have four letters out which suggest that if people don't give my clients their due, we will consider sueing. Hard for me to see what you find so strange or objectionable about that. If you have a more specific lawsuit in mind, you should say what specific lawsuit you think I threatened, and what your basis is for thinking that.
