Wanna, found a CC notes post on TMF, sounds like poster didn't hear 0.13 crossover question or write it down with confidence either, but he wrote Q2. Excellent notes, if you click on the URL, BTW. As for your question about whether I'm hesitant believing that early of a crossover: ...what makes you think that Intel will have a problem producing ~15+ million .13u die? type of thing, I just thought that with Intel being so big, any major crossovers take a long time.
