I'd pay good money to be a fly on the wall at this meeting:

quote.bloomberg.com

Bankers at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Citigroup Inc. are trying to persuade lenders including Bank of America Corp., UBS AG and Deutsche Bank AG to take part in a $1.5 billion loan. So far, no one has joined the two banks, which have each agreed to provide $250 million, people familiar with the matter said. Official invitations to lend aren't due out until next week.

Here's an amended transcript of the meeting:

Bankster one: Hey Bob! Remember the pictures of you with those hookers I took when we were at the last ABA meeting in Vegas? Either sign for 30 million to the Syndicate or the copies go straight to yer wife and yer Board! ROTFL!
