OT re: how did you do in WCOM?

I got nailed, and had the largest loss I've ever had, in WCOM last year. I totally missed the looming overcapacity problems in the telecom service sector. I thought it was a Value Stock, in the 30s. I refused to admit my mistake for far too long. From April to December 2000, my portfolio was down 50%, in large part because of WCOM.

I'm now 14% below my 4/00 peak......... and about 600% up from 1997.

If you would like to repost what I was saying about WCOM last year, and comment on it, please do. I learn from having my mistakes analysed and rehashed and criticized. It makes me a better investor. So I welcome it when people do that (as long as they use logic and facts to make their points).
