"Oh are you saying that Bush and Rumsfeld changed the carrier battle groups and how they operate" Dillweed, Now you know that these military tactics have evolved over thousands of years and niether George Bush or Dick-in-hand Clit'n have done any thing to change that. I'm saying that Bush and Rumsfeld have restored a sense of dignity, self esteem and purpose to the military. That's bound to have a much greater impact on military success than a few good battle plans. DOC
