Ya see, these bad guys are out there Ritchie. and they don't like the fact that we are big and powerful and have lots of friends and lots and lots of money. So they would really like to see us die and go to hell. They have gotten somewhat successful at killing fairly large numbers of us at a time, mainly because the last president had his pecker in his hand and wasn't paying attention. Well, as I was saying, this group of bad guys have learned to network kinda like organized crime and now there all over the frickkin place. On 9/11 they showed us and the rest of the western world what they are capable of. Now these bad guys aren't like other bad guys that we've forght before. They won't even sit out in the open and let us shoot them. They run and hide in caves and use a thing called gorilla warfare. We must be very sneaky and clever if we are to keep them from killing our children. We can't just arrest them and tell everybody how we caught them and what evidence we found and how we found it because that's public information and someone would tell the other bad guys how we did it and they would change what they do making it very very hard to catch more of them. The bad guys might even figure out better ways to kill us. So Ritchie, that's what 9/11 has to do with secret Tribunals.
