Stephen, anyway, i just mentioned the Anglo case to illustrate how things tend to get resolved in Africa over time. after the communists took the reins in Zambia (back then still called "Northern Rhodesia") no-one would have believed that one day there would be a Zambian government that would return all the nationalized assets to the private sector. not only that, if you e.g. want to become a commercial farmer in Zambia, you get land from the government for free, provided you bring the machinery with you. the exact opposite of Zimbabwe's land grab, which over time will imo also be resolved in a roughly similar manner, although that will of course take time. . Mugabe is fighting a losing battle imo.
