Scary, There is no difference between you and Joseph McCarthy as you slander folks who serve the government. Ashcroft is no saint but he is not a "facist" as you claim. Bt the way 9/11 was worse that Pearl Harbor so by those standards FDR way overreacted didnt he. You are a west coast guy so you may better know the history--was there a japanese-american threat in 1941 as great as the fundamentalist arab threat here today?
