To enter any country illegally is to take a risk. I don't believe it is a wise thing to do. Spend your time changing the immigration laws and not in justifying the nobility of those who break them. I see a core of disrespect for the rule of law and for the country one chooses to enter illegally. I don't see much redeeming significance in doing that, regardless of the motivation.
