I got the first one right. JDAM --Joint Direct Attack Munition (or missile)

As for CVA it means attack aircraftcarrier. That particular acronym can also mean the following:

clandestine vulnerability analysis,
communications vulnerability assessment
or central verification activity

There may be others I am unaware of. In the context of your question CVA (attack aricraft carrier) made the most sense...

Hey guys and gals (and I mean everyone involved in this conversation or thinking of contributing to it), ...I would appreciate the heck out of anyone who would please drop these ammunition and ordinance discussions for the next few years, ...after all, ...we are on the internet!
