I notice they charge a $5 fee for telephone orders to transfer between funds, but with the minimum $1000 transfer, that's only 0.5 % and much lower on higher amounts. All my BEARX is in IRAs, however. I do wish I had got into the ProFunds family with a cash account some time back. Now might be a good time to look back into that. I think that market timing is possible, but only in the sense that gross over- or underevaluations mean that some kind of balance is going to be restored at some point. Oil is such a political as well as economic football that it is much harder to evalauate.
