uh oh EBAY EBay (EBAY, Trade) confirmed a decline in listings for sale on its German site in the wake of an average 25 percent increase in listing fees last week. Spokesman Kevin Pursglove said listings are down at other sites also as the online auctioneer converted its pricing form local currency to Euros, the Dow Jones News Service reported. He said listings on the German site have decreased about ten percent, while analysts said they've seen a drop off as high as 55 percent. Fred
