Hey all,

Ashton is alive, kicking and pretty healthy (and makes us wealthy). I've been following the stockhouse discussion every now and so, but I too find it a little too congested.

Well, we are going towards new highs and we still haven't seen the major results yet. I guess we are riding on speculation and I sure hope that the numbers are higher than what we all 'speculated' they would be!

I really think that someone (insider) is trying to keep the stock under $2.00 so that the financing can get finalized. We are still waiting for that news release.

Hey Frank, do you know if they take the average of the last 15 trading days to establish a valid private placement price? How is that seen in the eyes on the exchange?

Cheers,
CK

I'm still lurking too. Ashton is the only junior that ever made me any money and I still have a little. I glance at Stockhouse but am not a member. I check this thread, but rarely post as I don't have any concrete info or analysis to offer.

That being said, subjectively, ACA seems to me to have more irons in the fire now: Quebec and NWT in addition to Buffalo Hills. Buffalo Hills story is still good, plus the NWT good news. This is a "senior" junior with good upside.

However, I'm not going to sell for a ways yet. I've ridden through a really bad few years and plan to hold Ashton for a stronger return. Maybe I'll sell when they open their second mine, or when one of those Stockhouse posters offers me $50! That makes me part of the problem. There needs to be a good volume of buyers/sellers to make a market.

Keep us posted. Thanks
