Bill of attainder....?????? I have represented a few individuals who, as it later turned out, were less than reputable... Does that sully me also??? The demolibs abhor the thought of the terrorists getting less than full due process accorded in American civil courts, yet you would condemn Salem for having a client who it turns out may be connected to the terror?? Does that make sense to you? Even Timothy McVeigh deserved a lawyer, wouldn't you agree?? The First WTC bombers had lawyers, did they not?? What the demolibs need to concentrate on is the substance and the effect of the sickening need to condemn the Bush Administration for every real or imagined "transgesssion" from your alleged moral high ground. It is tantamount to aiding the enemy with such conduct... JLA
