I just got back...damn<mkt<. I've been kicking contractor's asses. I hv to move my whole company 2 wks from today...period. You've got lazy ass painters blaming the door framers who blame the ceiling guys and the supervi working 2-3 jobs. It took me 4 hrs and a small stack of of benjamins<100<. It's amazing how you can get the impossible done. All you hear is"there is no way we can do this"...slip a couple of bens in the shirt pocket"well maybe we can " slip a couple more"guess me and my guys will be here all wknd 24 hrs a day..Like scratching flees on a dog. You would think the contractor could make it happen..I told him to get out of the damn way and let me show you how to do it. I used beer and bbq when I built my house a yrs or so ago..construction workers will go that extra mile for beer and bbq but only do it at the end of the day....so it's done right.
