One stock I almost bought a put on was HOMS. I didn't have money when it was at 35, and it had been bouncing back and forth so at 30 or in the upper 20s I decided to wait until it got back to 35. It never did. Now it's at 2.56. I could have made a bundle if I didn't try to hit it just perfectly...

Tim, HOMS was a fairly successful LA .com that I thought was going to make it. However in July or Sept.? they announced that they had burnt thru most of their cash. What a ton you would have made had you rode it down.

One that I blew was INVN....I was tracking it and VISG but after I got burnt by VISG, I ignored the whole sector much to my loss. INVN has run on news from $16 to $32 in the last two weeks. I hope everyone who made a ton on the run loses it all on another stock. <g>

BTW did you know if you hit the control key, you wipe out your entire post? I have done it by accident about 4 times in the last six months and just did again with this post. This has not been a good week for me nor my portfolio. :~((
