Glad to hear so much good news on your end Rick. You know, if you like what you are doing, it doesn't seem like work. Me thinks you like to be challenged & that is what keeps you at so hard & happy at the same time. Just make sure to stop & smell the roses from time to time. Cheers my friend ;-)

Morning Troops! Early morn fog, 68 degrees, still rainy looking. Had another tornado go right over the house last night. Second one within a couple of weeks. Hope everyone had a great week. Hope you did something good and worthwhile with it because it cost you a week of your life. For once in a long time, I don't think I have to go anywhere this weekend. Think I'll do chores around the homestead. Probably do a little homework on the market, too. Hope everyone has a super weekend. RR
