Not all cells in nature are the same. "I have worked in neonatal intensive care units and I have seen firsthand with my eyes how premature babies respond to pain," said Rep. Dave Weldon (R-Fl.), a physician. "When it is necessary to draw blood and needles are placed in their arms, I have seen them draw back, writhe in pain and cry out. Dragging an unborn baby, feet first, partially out of the womb is a brutal violation of the privacy of that child. But to then stab that baby in the back of the skull is, in my medical opinion, not only barbaric, it is excruciatingly painful for these poor, unfortunate souls."

I would say the following description from gwn's post would probably be accurate. May be no big deal to you, but it is to a lot of other people. "The doctor took a pair of scissors and inserted them into the back of the baby’s head, and the baby’s arms jerked out in a flinch, a startle reaction, like a baby does when he thinks that he might fall. Then the doctor opened the scissors up. Then he stuck the high-powered suction tube into the hole and sucked the baby’s brains out. Now the baby was completely limp" You can have abortions in America as it is legal. But to insinuate that it is just a choice is evil and incorrect in my opinion.
