I was of the mind maybe the small guys coundn't afford the big guys so they went small((cap(bills)stock price))pennies up!!!

I think we are seeing penny accumulation for the January affect pennys are often the biggest percent gainers in that month

Good point Sue...

The January Effect usually reverses some of the carnage seen at end of year tax loss selling... This, along with anticipated growth in revenues could give the stock price a much needed boost...
