Harold,

This stock has really been sold off lately with 1M share days being a low average. Its either was way too oversold or there is something fundamentally wrong here that some of the guys dumping know. Until today I had not really thought about them being a prime acquisition but the fact is some of these other semiconductor stocks have more than doubled over the last few months. They could use their higher share price to make buys of the less fortunate. Nows the time to do that if you can since everyone has cut down to as few people as possible.

The chart looks like one my scans will pick up. Low Stoch, over the 10 dma but under the 50. It looks like it has room to go to around 2 where the 50 dma is but I would not trust it. Way too many shares traded around 1 dollar.

A "triple bottom" is a good thing, however, what you are referring to is that "stock charts" gave you a "bearish violation" of that triple bottom when the stock broke under 1.00 intraday. Had there not some event to drive the stock higher (Joe pointed it out) then the stock was doomed to go lower.

Case in point is the reason (TA wise) that we bought the stock. The volume had broken out from an average of 55k per day to well over 1.mm shares, there was a bullish cross over 10/50......however, when earning actually did come out they were disappointing to Growth Capital Management. Thus, the event overrode the TA.

Fundamentaly I still like the company. They have reduced capital spending from 11 million down to 4 million while bringing new customers on board. They have gotten rid of the French SA segment that has been dragging down the bottom line. For these actions they have taken "bookkeeping" non-cash charges of 29mm dollars. These are NON_CASH!!!!!!!!!!! If they don't do a dang dollar in business for the next 10 quarters they can still stay open due to the 53mm in cash (so long as they keep their spending down to 5 mm per Q)

Now, I doubt highly that they are going to not do anymore business for the next 10 Quarters.

The stock may now test the triple bottom near 1.00, if it does that is a perfect op. to do some trading toward free core shares.
