Wow, Max. I never realized they could do that with pension fund accounting. That's real fraud. I hope it gets changed. That could force some special charges like we saw when underfunded pension funds had to be fully funded during the mid-80's.

NEW YORK, Dec 7 (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve said on Friday it drained $3.7 billion in reserves from the banking system through a round of over-the-weekend matched sale purchase agreements.

There is a name for that you know. It's called fraud!

Instead of the SEC just warning about pro-forma BS why don't they pass some laws to prevent these crooks from outright fraud?
