Thanks for the explanation. Yes, since all possible choices exist in superposition nothing is "created" in any absolute sense but note that since the infinite matrix of the all exists outside spacetime that no verb (which implies a time reference) can properly be applied to it in the first place. The all is "isness" rather than "creation", being rather than becoming. So strictly speaking God does not "create" either. God simply IS.

Since all mystical experience is invariably described as "ineffable", which means "beyond words" it's best not to get too hung up with terminology. Treating certain words as "landmines" seems inconsistent with this observation.
