Dear Michael: Well, the whole thing seems chaotic to me. If I were an average Afghani I would REALLY be upset if these leaders screw up what looks to be a big gift from the U.N. in the way of restoration and all. All they got to do is GET ALONG and they all get rich. Do they have the good sense to realize this? Time will tell. JDN
