Hi Jim,

I agree that it is a fine line and that Greenspan is simply pushing the problem further out, at which time the North American economy will pay a higher price. I still think COMPX 1000 is possible some where down the road, perhaps in the next 18 months.

I saw an news story the other day that said the savings rate of Americans is 0.2 percent. Canadians are better at 3.3 percent, but this is still low from a historical perspective. On the American side, it makes you wonder how much more debt the American consumer can take on with such a low saving rate.
