correct me if i`m wrong , i believe FMO had over a billion in insurance,maybe a lot more. ( need upgrade memory)
did FMO manufacture parts made of asbestos or was it the company FMO bought that brought the asbestos liaibility along with it? again i believe the latter.

Green, I agree with all you said other than the Warburg downgrade to hold. Sell is nearly unheard of for any co. who may eventually do banking business.
