just celebrating the obvious probability that the US would be compelled to come down hard on many groups including the Palestinian groups?))

No, it was the Palistinians celebrating Americans dying. The same Palestinians that we are the biggest aid giver for.

Ya'll brought this up so don't ban me for my reply.

That's my guess. But I suspect that there was more to this than that.

My gut still tells me these guys were working for Israeli intelligence and had prior notice of the attack and were recording it. (I can't prove it, of course.. :0)

The average Israeli, not associated with military intelligence, was probably be as horrified as most other folks who watched those events.

But if the reports of their cheering are correct, they obviously had sufficient prior notice to not be surprised or horrified by the event, as most of us were. They were looking beyond it strategically, and what it signified for a change in US public and governmental attention to muslim extremism.

Again... these guys are being "sat on", and no one's really discussing what it was that led to their arrest and interrogation. They aren't talking, the government isn't talking.. But people are writing articles where they don't discuss what it was they were doing that led to their arrest.

That's suspicious to me. What they were accused of doing should have been integral to any story on this matter.
