Gibraltar just went the same way as many others, I believe, bless them... Ilmarinen Sad, if I want to avoid local taxes, where will I now turn for a visa card?? And even HongKong now has to keep some accounting of imports and exports, even use some system of proportional representation to rig elections.. Sad days for those libertarian tink-tink-tanks, one with a finnish-descendant some kind of pesron in the lead. (I'm sure those talented in finnish WW2 history can find that domestic bunch)

My name is tom watson. I'm posting to all here that the moderator FaultLine has decided to ban Michael D. Cummings from this thread. I've read Mike's posts for a long time and the clarity, civility and honesty in his posts make them a joy to read. I also read the last two hundred posts to try and understand why my friend was banned. Faultline you claim in your profile that you are an engineer. All engineers seek truth. I don't see truth or honesty or honor in the way you have dealt with a good man. A good man I call my friend. If you ever were an engineer you have made me ashamed. And you can kick me out this narrow minded place of faulty thinking because after seeing you in action I do not see any further point in posting here.
