Hi Ramsey,

Maybe there is not much worth looking up. On one side, there is the belief that WIND has a Microsoft-like business model that one day may turn into a mini-Microsoft. On the other hand, some people will tell you that Wind is not much more than a service/tools company that happen to make a piece of software that's classified into the same category as Windows.

My feeling is that Wind is closer to the latter than the former. I don't buy the argument that Wind will come out of this recession stronger than before. Wind/ISI already owns this space, how much stronger can it get? As a near monopoly, it still has no pricing power. That alone tells us that VxWorks is nothing like Windows.
