Tom, would you consider QQQ as a short at current prices with the anticipation the NAZ will be some 200 points lower by month end?

Kind of a strange dichotomy there with the board expecting Greenspan to cut rates again and yet have the market tumble rather badly the next three weeks. I know there's a time gap between the two polls which probably explains it partially but it seems like 0 bp will be a necessity for the board consensus to even be close, and probably a tightening bias to knock it back to your target. I'll be consistent with myself and say 25.
