Alan, all I can say is we are all fortunate that there is confidentiality about who uses library computers in the US and what they write on them.

Can you imagine if Tom was arrested (complete with granny's potty over his head and jockstrap tied on back to front) and tortured and we were investigated for being potential goldbugs and part of a "terrorist" network. As you know, goldbugs are already regarded as being subversive to the management of the US economy and the manipulation of the gold price!

I fear someone could even say that I was the bin Laden of the Internet lurking up a tree in darkest Africa and spouting sedition and anti-US propaganda. It wouldn't take long before South Africa appeared on Paul Wolfowitz' confidential list of sixty plus terrorist harboring countries and soon after that cruise-missiles and "daisy cutters" would be falling on Johannesburg.

So, we are indeed lucky that there are stalwarts like Ms Dempsey around to safeguard "human rights".
