Good idea, a Rheingold award would be a good one.

It's fun to watch the development of the virtuous cycle of posters in an interesting self-selected group, with assist of collegial attitude of the moderator.

When posters of all stripes feel its worthwhile to put a lot of effort and thought into posts, the moderator is doing a good job.
