Sounds to me the British troops will never take him alive!!!!! Solves that problem.

That would be an interesting scenario. I hope it doesn't come to that. Would the U.K. really want to keep Bin Laden in jail for the rest of his life in England if the US couldn't guarantee they wouldn't give him the death penalty?
From what I know, British special ops have more freedom in taking out the enemy than US special ops do. Or, at least that was the case in Kosovo.
This Johhny Bin Walker situation is going to get interesting too.
