Wow, I haven't read the Telegraph regularly for a long time. I'm surprised and pleased at the tone of that article.
It's a highly respected newspaper, hopefully, the political leaders will take notice.

Very good essay, and very interesting series of articles, leaning Libertarian. I tend to concur, though I don't believe adherence to any doctrine should be sacrosanct. Thanks, Pearly!
