You're both biofreaks. And we're running thin on scientists, so you guys and others who fit the "Mike Mc. mold" need to work even harder. Tom, you do just fine in terms of giving back tidbits after picking up the pieces. Tuck..... I don't know anyone, scientist or otherwise, who knows the instrument business like you do. If you keep at it, it will eventually pay -- well beyond the life of trading. Wanna know one of the good parts, re. the relative lack of contributions from scientists? Many of our scientists have been so successful that they're too busy to make contributions to SI. The coolest part? Several of them attribute that success partly to friendships established here. The downside? You guys need to recruit new scientists.
