Thanks for the suggestions..I have run a complete virus scan with the latest virus definitions,nothing showed up. All I have running now is SI and I noticed on my Norton Memory Load Monitor that it is at 100% and CPU Usage is at 3%. Something is using up my memory. I'm running Win 98 with IE version 6 with 64 Meg of memory. you have any exclamation marks on any devices If I do, what does that mean? I will try the other things you mentioned and report back later tonight. I have to go to the grandkids Christmas programs so won't be home until later tonight. H Peterson

I'm in the process of saving as much as I can before my PC finally crashes... I started to save the email addresses in the address book, but when I printed it, only one email address was printed on each sheet of paper... is there a way to get more than one email address and the accompanying info printed on the same sheet of paper... I really don't mind wasting 100 sheets of paper, but it does seem wasteful if there's a more efficient way... Also, is there a way to print out the Web site's I've saved for easy return after the crash? That's the PC crash, of course...<g> I thought I could link as many as I could into an email and send it to myself... is there a better way of getting this done? Thanks in advance..... GZ
