And that might be a tough sell for him, *if* we can show a direct linkage with his regime and bin Laden. And it is also worth considering that the video tape of bin Laden expressing "amusement" that some of his Arab brothers didn't know they were headed on a suicide mission just might not play so well in some of the more "moderate" Arab states.
