Remember when T offered a free year of WorldNet dialup service to anyone who had them as a long distance provider? I think this was over five years ago. I signed up because it was free and in the bad old days of dialup you always needed a backup ISP. Well guess what, the problem you are describing with the DNS servers existed back then as well. It was so bad and so aggravating that even though the service was free I canceled it before the year was up. I could get to all my bookmarked pages on my regular ISP and then when I'd try using the WorldNet service half the time it would hang and send you the page not found error.

OTOH on my DSL service which is ATT for business, I don't have that problem at all. It runs considerably slower than my @Home cable but I always assume this is because of the DSL speed caps.
