So they $70M of paid in capital -- does that mean that someday, someone is able to get their money out by converting to stock ?

Is the $60M in debt in part a result of future obligations associated with paid in capital or is it just a result of the big losses they had back in 1998 ? 1999 ?

The real question I'm asking is based on the balance sheet in their 10K, how much of a damper is the $60M debt figure on their stock ?
