Verizon's new all Eastern program (3500 min for $35) is somewhat misleading.

Of the 3500 minutes per month, 3200 min is allocated to evenings/weekends, and VN's definition of an evening starts at 9:00 pm and ends at 5:00 ish. Definition for weekend time is equality stringent.

Roaming outside the eastern seaboard will be extra, of course.

Still it is a good deal for people who like to babble all night.
