Agreed, though , if they can't make a case against him the laws are a joke (ditto for the Enron scum). As for the SEC, I find it kind of telling that it's the NY State Attorney's office that's involved here ... the public may not yet realize who fleeced them, but the SEC sure as hell should.

Mike, What I hate is that they go after these guys AFTER the bubble bursts. How about some prophylactic action?
