Well, you did ask for a "bullish" target.

I used to trade WWCA back in the bubble days. All things considered, it hasn't fallen as far or hard as a lot of other telecom stocks.

basically I expect the movement of any stock to be the exact opposite of what I "feel"....gotta watch out for using yourself as a contrarian too due to the dreaded errant LOOP
