Prosecution..vs Protection

Mike... Consider this

When it comes to prosecution we do the following.
1) Prosecute people in abstencia (drug dealers, terrorists and tax evaders)
2) Prosecute citizens and non citizens equally that are on our shores.
3) We prosecute people who are here legally and those who are here illegally.

So Protection under the Constitution must also apply to those that are 1)citizens, 2) non citizens, 3) Those here legally and those here illegally.

The Constitution ( and Bill of Rights) is not a convenience item where it can be for prosecution of individuals but not for their protection.
