ted, Re: <I am surprised SGMA is up again today after a huge move on Friday. It seems to me earnings were better than expected but they are not out of the woods yet.>

That's just the specialist/floortrader getting his dibs. They like it when they can get a stock's price to vibrate at $0.75/share a couple of times/day.

Sgma is thinly traded. There have been times when I've had a bid for 1000 shares in between 'bid and ask' for three days without getting hit.

Re: <They seem to have quite a bit of debt as well>

Yes. Debt/Equity == $1.02 I'm not thrilled with that. Plus they had to fool around with the short term debt covenants. That's most likely why they bothered to post a profit. To get the banks out of their hair. The Fairheads don't seem to need the money, and they do work cheap.

It's the Price/Sales that finally sold me on this one -- but at .13 it's getting high enough for me to start getting nervous. How much can a company that basically just solders resistors && capacitors, etc on circuitboards be worth? Cripes -- they are already up to a market cap of $10M!!
