Care to explain that a bit more? Are you saying that in the absence of provable actual harm, theoretical or hypothetical is just as good?

Dave: There has been no proven harm to the consumer. In fact even the Queen of Hearts- Judge Pinhead Jackson suggested that MSFT's offerings were a windfall to the consumer. His chief worry was the "harm" to competitors which is not within the purview of the anti-trust statutes. JFD
