Man, this HAL situation is just ugly. We have had a few companies filed for bankruptcy this year already due to asbestos litigation. One was actually done with the help of Warren Buffet. There is certainly value and a sound business with these companies. But litigation is just killing them. With this much uncertainty, stay the hell away from these names! The terrible trading action with HAL (by the way, our VP was the CEO of HAL), it is certainly coloring the trading of the OSX group. As traders try and figure our who is next on the lawyer's list. This is no place to bottom fish, unless you are a day trader. none.
